Help with the whole estate
We take responsibility for the whole chain: securing the home, cancelling contracts, the estate inventory, clearing, sale and closure. One fixed price, confirmed in writing before we start, and one responsible contact all the way.
What is included, and not
Included
- A fixed price within two working days after film and answers
- All five parts below, coordinated in the right order
- One responsible contact through the whole assignment
- Weekly updates to every heir and one final statement
Not included
- The funeral, which the funeral home handles
- Wills, the distribution of the inheritance and disputes between heirs, where we bring in a lawyer separately
- The estate agent's fee, which you agree with the agent

Clearing and cleaning
A photo inventory before anything is moved. Careful sorting, valuables valued by an independent party, removal and a final clean to estate-agent standard. We never buy anything from the estate.

- Transport of what you keep to another country, which we arrange through a carrier on your behalf

Estate inventory and paperwork
You order the statements from banks, insurers and authorities with our list, and we go through them. We arrange the summons. You appoint two estate inventory officials (förrättningspersoner) with no share in the estate, and we explain who qualifies. We prepare the Swedish estate inventory (bouppteckning) in full and file it with the Tax Agency in the right order, so nothing bounces back.

- A list of exactly which statements you order from banks, insurers and authorities, and we go through them for you
- Summons to every heir and the inventory meeting
- The complete inventory, prepared by us. You appoint two estate inventory officials (förrättningspersoner) with no share in the estate, and we explain who qualifies
- Filing with the Swedish Tax Agency
Not included
- Distribution of the inheritance, which the heirs do themselves or with a lawyer
- Legal advice on wills or disputes

Contracts and subscriptions
Phone, electricity, insurance, subscriptions and memberships keep running until someone cancels them. With a power of attorney we find the contracts, cancel them in the right order and archive every confirmation in your case.

- Cancellation with the death certificate and a power of attorney
- The supplier's confirmation of every closure
- Everything archived in your file
Not included
- Debts and loans, which are settled by the estate after the inventory

Home and belongings for sale
The home is made ready for sale and handed over to an estate agent you choose, with all documents prepared. The belongings are sold for the estate with open accounting. We coordinate viewings, handover and the final closure.
