Vidare takes overall responsibility as your contracting party. When we engage subcontractors, we answer for their work as for our own, with liability insurance for the assignment.

A fixed price in writing before we start. Photo inventory before anything is touched. No work begins until every estate owner has approved. If something unexpected turns up, we check with you first.

Vidare is responsible for the clear-out and cleaning, also when the work is carried out by contracted partners. Damage is compensated through the assignment's insurance.

Personal belongings are set aside first and you decide what is kept. You receive the photos before the clear-out begins. We never buy anything from the estate.

The estate inventory is prepared together with a lawyer. Vidare coordinates and makes sure everything happens on time; the lawyer is responsible for the legal accuracy.

Complete the first time, so nothing bounces back and delays. Everything else runs in parallel while the Tax Agency queue passes, so the wait is never dead time.

You sign one power of attorney once, then we do the work. Every cancellation is made in the estate's name and documented with a receipt.

The broker is responsible for the sale under the Estate Agents Act. Vidare coordinates, prepares the material and makes sure no step waits unnecessarily.

We never buy anything ourselves from the estate. If we recommend a broker, that broker may pay us a referral fee for it, it never affects the price you pay and you always choose freely which broker to hire. Every krona shows in the final settlement.
