We take responsibility for the whole chain: securing the home, cancelling contracts, the estate inventory, clearing, sale and closure. One fixed price, confirmed in writing before we start, and one responsible contact all the way.
- The price
- A fixed price in writing for the scope we have agreed, within two working days after we have gone through your film and your answers. It does not change without your yes. If you want to add something, you get a separate price first. Nothing is done or charged without your approval.
- The time
- The film takes ten minutes. The price comes within two working days after we have gone through your film and your answers. The work starts when every heir has approved the agreement in writing.
- The legal side
- We prepare the estate inventory (bouppteckning). Wills, the distribution of the inheritance and disputes between heirs are not included. If you need a lawyer, you hire one separately, with their own quote, and we hand over the material.
- Your contact
- One coordinator who is your contact through the whole assignment, from the first call to the final statement (slutavräkning).

How it works
The steps are the same in every assignment: a call, a film and answers in the app, a fixed price in writing, every heir approves in writing, then the work in the right order and a final statement. Common questions
Can we leave out parts and get a lower price?
Yes. The price follows what you hand over. If you want to handle the contracts or the belongings yourselves, for example, we take that part out of the quote.
What happens if something unexpected comes up?
We check with you before anything is done or charged. The fixed price covers what the film and the answers showed. If something significant was not shown, for example a cellar, a storage room or a garage, you get a new price to say yes or no to, never a silent surcharge.
How you pay
Invoice 1 is the fixed price for clearing and cleaning. It is paid before the work, and the clearing is booked once it is paid.
Our own work, the estate inventory and the fee for belongings are invoiced at the final statement, after your approval. Below 15 000 kr, everything is invoiced at the final statement.
No heir becomes personally liable for payment by signing. The invoices are addressed to the estate. If an heir pays with their own money, it is voluntary and is booked as a claim on the estate.
Many banks pay bills addressed to the estate from the estate's account on request, even before the estate inventory is registered. Nothing is paid automatically.
Clearing and cleaning have no priority. The funeral and the estate inventory are paid first.
A home visit in the Mälardalen region costs nothing. The film in the app is the standard.
Every heir signs, with BankID or, for anyone without BankID, with a code sent by email.
What if the estate has no money?
You do not need to know that before you get in touch. We go through the situation with you free of charge before you decide. If the money only covers the funeral and the estate owns no property, the municipality can make an estate notification (dödsboanmälan) instead of an estate inventory. You then call the social services office, and the home must be left untouched until the municipality has been there, so we book no clearing before their visit. If it becomes an estate notification, we do not charge for our work. We do not run a credit check on you, and none of you needs to stand as guarantor.
Who pays, and when?
The estate, which is our contracting party and is represented by all the heirs. The estate pays in two parts. Invoice 1, the fixed price for clearing and cleaning, is paid before the work, with 10 days to pay. The clearing is booked once it is paid, at the earliest two weeks after signing, so that the withdrawal period has run out. Invoice 2, Vidare's work, the estate inventory and the fee for belongings, comes at the final statement once you have approved the result, with 30 days to pay. If the fixed price is below 15 000 kr, everything comes on one invoice at the final statement. The invoices are addressed to the estate and paid from the estate's account. Many banks pay bills addressed to the estate from the estate's account on request, even before the estate inventory is registered. The terms vary and nothing is paid automatically. None of you becomes personally liable for payment by signing.
Can we change our minds?
Yes, within 14 days from signing. The distance contracts law gives a right of withdrawal to private individuals, not to estates, so for an estate it is a voluntary commitment from us. If you want us to start during the withdrawal period, it happens at your express request, and if you withdraw you pay only for what has already been done.
