- Guide price for a small flat with a normal amount of belongings in Stockholm County: clearing 10 900 kr and move-out cleaning 3 900 kr. Elsewhere in the country through a local partner on request. A fixed price after the film and your answers.

- Booked when all co-owners of the estate agree on what is kept, donated and sold. Clearing and cleaning usually take one to three days.
What is included, and what is not
Included
- A photo inventory of every room before anything is touched
- Sorting: kept, donated, sold, recycled
- Removal, transport and recycling fees
- A final clean to estate-agent standard, ready for inspection or a viewing
Not included
- Items you have marked to keep, they are never touched
- The RUT tax deduction (rutavdrag), it is not given for work for an estate after the date of death
- Clearing before the municipality visits, if an estate notice (dödsboanmälan) may be relevant. If you are unsure whether the money will be enough, we go through the situation with you at no cost
How it works

Common questions
Can we be there when the home is cleared?
Yes, if you wish. Many choose not to be. You already have the photos and have marked what is kept, so nothing is decided on the spot.
What happens if something gets broken?
We compensate damage caused through negligence, even when the clearing is done by a company we hire.
Is the cleaning included in the clearing price?
No, it is a separate line in the quote so that you can leave it out if you clean yourselves. As a guide in Stockholm County, 3 900 to 7 200 kr depending on the home.
Can you do only the cleaning?
Yes. Cleaning after a death, to estate-agent standard, can be ordered separately, at a fixed price after the film and your answers.
